CATALIST Class 001-2021 Graduation

U.S. Air Force Col. Lola Washington, 108th Mission Support Group Commander, is presented with a ceremonial spear by the CATALIST staff during class 001-2021's graduation on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, March 5, 2023. CATALIST, which stands for Cultivating Agile and Transformational Air Guard Leaders through Inspiring and Structured Training, includes officer and enlisted guardsmen from the 108th Wing, the 177th Fighter Wing, the New Jersey Army National Guard and Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
